Our buffet-style BBQ is best for birthdays, office events, family gatherings, weddings, or just a large carryout meal. The food is sold by the pound and served in buffet-style containers. All food will be hot and ready to eat upon pickup, unless you request otherwise.

How much food should I order?
We recommend a meal of a sandwich and two sides per guest. Our serving portions are listed under each of our menu items.

Here is what an example order for around 24 people would look like:

Is BBQ sauce included?
Yes, our BBQ sauce is provided at no additional cost, on the side, with the purchase of any of our meat options.

Are sandwich buns included?
No, sandwich buns are not included but they are available for purchase at $4 per dozen.

Do you offer delivery?
We do offer delivery but only for planned events. Please place an inquiry below and we will get back with you to discuss the details. For delivery needs that can’t wait, we recommend Rush Transportation as an outsourced delivery option that can be contacted at (937) 224-7874.

Do you offer full service catering?

Heating Instructions For Cold Pickups or Leftovers

  1. Set oven to 225 degrees. 

  2. Place pan in oven with the metal lid on. ( If given a plastic lid, replace it with foil.) 

  3. Stir occasionally to ensure even heating.

  4. Heat to 165° and serve.
